Qualifications

• Completed the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to use digital tools effectively.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities
