Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course is required.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service setting is required.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to organize information.
• Comfort using AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED.
