You will meet with clients, gather tax information, and prepare returns with day-one training and support from seasoned teammates. This in-person role offers an hourly wage with potential growth as tax knowledge increases.

You will identify tax savings opportunities and explain complex information clearly while building client relationships and supporting office priorities through teamwork and a client-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance.
