H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to join a local in-person tax office. You will meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.

You will explain tax information clearly, identify savings opportunities, and address client questions while building strong relationships. This role emphasizes client-first service and collaborative teamwork in a busy tax season.

Formación

• Successful completion of the HR Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent.

Responsabilidades
