Qualifications

• Strong communication skills; explain information clearly and ask questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills; organize information and identify solutions.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems, including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Enrollment in or completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course is required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
