You will meet with clients, prepare returns, identify tax-saving opportunities, and build relationships through teamwork and a client-first approach. This is a entry-level tax role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to organize information.
• Comfort using AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
