H&R Block is hiring a seasonal Tax Associate to meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with support from experienced teammates. You will explain tax concepts clearly, identify savings opportunities, and build lasting client relationships.

The role is in-person at a local H&R Block office and offers training from day one. Ideal candidates have strong communication and customer-service skills, familiarity with digital tools, and a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course1.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.

Responsabilités

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations clients can understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Analyze client information and address questions with guidance and resources.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork.
