You will meet with clients, collect information, prepare tax returns with support, and answer questions to help clients understand their tax situation. Training is provided, and earnings are hourly with potential increases as tax knowledge grows.

This in-person role suits individuals who enjoy customer service, problem solving, and collaborating with teammates to deliver accurate results during peak tax season.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand.
