You'll gather client information, prepare returns, and answer questions with day-one training and support from experienced teammates. You'll work with clients to explain tax information clearly, identify savings opportunities, and provide recommendations while building strong client relationships in a collaborative, client-first environment.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of required tax course or program
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent
