Qualifications

Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
Clear communication and ability to explain information and ask questions.
Strong problem solving and ability to identify solutions.
Comfort using digital tools including AI-based assistants like Copilot and ChatGPT.
High school diploma or equivalent.
