You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate with opportunities to increase earnings as you build tax knowledge and grow in the role. No prior tax experience is required, and you’ll learn on day one.

• Experience in customer-facing or service-oriented environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving and ability to organize information to identify solutions.
• Comfort with using digital tools and systems, including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
