Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment (Required).
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to organize information.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
