H&R Block, Inc. is hiring a seasonal Tax Associate for an in-person, Hawaii-based office. You’ll meet with clients to gather information, prepare returns, and explain tax concepts with training and support from teammates.

Opportunities to increase earnings grow with tax knowledge and performance. No prior tax experience required; successful completion of the HR Block Income Tax Course is part of the qualifying path.

Competenze

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED/ equivalent.
