Training and support from day one help you grow earnings as you gain tax knowledge. With a high school diploma or equivalent, you’ll join a team that emphasizes client service, accuracy, and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service‑oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services
• Apply problem‑solving skills to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork, collaboration, and a client‑first approach
