You will meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with guidance from experienced teammates, building relationships and delivering clear explanations and recommendations. No prior tax experience is required; training and support are provided from day one, with opportunities to increase earnings as knowledge grows and performance improves.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills; ability to explain information clearly and ask questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills; ability to organize information and identify solutions.
• Comfort with digital tools and systems, including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations clients can understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
