H&R Block is seeking seasonal Tax Associates to work in-person at a local tax office in Utah. You’ll meet with clients, collect information, prepare returns with guidance, and explain tax concepts clearly.

Training and support are provided from day one to help you grow your tax knowledge and client service skills. You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate and have opportunities to increase earnings as you gain experience, with peak-period hours available.

Qualifikationen

• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent.

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
