H&R Block, Inc. is hiring a seasonal Tax Associate to help clients with their tax needs at a local office. You’ll meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with training from experienced teammates.

No prior tax experience is required; you’ll receive hands-on instruction, learn tax concepts, and grow your knowledge while earning an hourly wage. Availability for peak periods may include evenings and weekends.

Competenze

Completion of HR Block Income Tax Course 1
Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment
Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly
Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions
Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
High school diploma / GED / equivalent
