This in-person role offers a competitive hourly rate and an incentive plan based on impact as you grow your tax expertise and serve clients.

Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of the HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment 1.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including preparing individual and business returns.
• Experience working in a client facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.
• Must complete continuing education and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements.
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent required
