H&R Block in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a Tax Advisor for a seasonal, in-person role to guide clients through consultative tax experiences and ensure accurate returns.

You will review client situations, provide practical guidance, and leverage HR Block tools to help clients optimize their financial outcomes. A minimum of 2 years of tax prep experience and successful completion of the Tax Knowledge Assessment are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of tax preparation experience (individual and small business returns).
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to explain tax concepts clearly to clients.
• Ability to collaborate within a team to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements and maintain credentials.
• High school diploma or GED required.
