Job summary

You will interview clients, understand financial situations, and offer clear, personalized tax-saving recommendations using our training and technology. You will work in-person at a local H&R Block tax office, building trusted client relationships and delivering empathetic service.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment 1
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain tax concepts plainly
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent required
