H&R Block in Texas is seeking a seasonal Tax Advisor to prepare complete, accurate returns for individuals and businesses. You will interview clients to understand finances and life changes, then deliver clear, personalized recommendations.

Build trusted relationships by offering empathetic, consultative service, identify tax savings opportunities and relevant H&R Block products, and provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed.

Formación

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• Experience working in a client facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language
• Must complete continuing education and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent required

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations, life changes, and tax implications — then provide clear, personalized recommendations
