Job summary

H&R Block is hiring a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional in Texas. You will prepare complete and accurate tax returns for individuals and small businesses, conduct client interviews to understand financial situations, and provide clear recommendations.

You’ll leverage training and technology to uncover savings opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and support IRS notice responses. This is an in-person role at a local H&R Block tax office with earning potential through incentive

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related field
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain tax concepts
• Must complete continuing education and IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
