You will build trusted client relationships, provide tax guidance, and support IRS notices when needed. The position emphasizes clear communication, accuracy, and compliance with IRS/state requirements, with an incentive plan and competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• At least 2 years of tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience in a client-facing, advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly.
• Meet IRS and state continuing education requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités
