H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Advisor to prepare accurate returns for individuals and businesses, conduct in-depth client interviews, and uncover tax savings opportunities.

You will work in-person at a local H&R Block office with access to industry-leading training and technology. You will advise clients clearly, communicate complex tax concepts in simple terms, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent service and trusted guidance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tax-related roles or advisory services.
• Experience preparing individual and business returns.
• Strong verbal and written communication; client-friendly explanations.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Aufgaben

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse, complex situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and tax implications; provide recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and promote relevant H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
