Ideal candidates have CPA/EA credentials or pursuing certification, 5+ years in tax, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax experience.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• Experience with virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements.
• Experience completing individual returns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• Mentor and support teammates.
