• Minimum 2 years of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative roles.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements and have a HS diploma.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and life changes.
