Qualifications

• Must pass the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 2 years of tax prep experience including individual and business returns.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.
