Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Sustainability Crew Member at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA to elevate our sustainability program and drive landfill diversion during events. This seasonal, part-time role will work under the Venue Sustainability Manager as part of the venue operations team.

You will assist in sorting recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials across show days and non-show days while educating fans and staff and maintaining a safe, organized

Qualifications

• Show days require walking, bending, reaching, stooping, lifting, and carrying 50+ lbs.
• Ability to work outside in variable weather.
• Strong time management and punctuality.
• Teamwork and positive attitude; willingness to educate fans and staff.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Sustainability Crew on-boarding training.
• Assist in mid- and post-show waste sorting of recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
• Be available to work show days and non-show days to ensure all waste is sorted and diverted.
• Assist Venue Sustainability Manager and Supervisor with educational support to all venue Crew Members and fans.
• Maintain a clean sorting area and support post-show pick after each event, including potential shifts after a show.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Venue Sustainability Manager.
