Job summary

BankNH Pavilion is seeking a Venue Sustainability Crew member in Gilford, NH for the summer season. This part-time, seasonal role supports our waste sorting program, education efforts, and landfill diversion goals as part of Live Nation's sustainability initiatives.

You will work under the Venue Sustainability Manager, participate in onboarding, assist with recycling and composting tasks, and help keep sorting areas organized while coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk, bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfort working outdoors in variable weather.
• Strong time management and reliability to show up on time.
• Ability to work late hours and on non-show days.
• Team player with ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience in events or zero waste events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Venue Sustainability Crew on-boarding and training.
• Assist in sorting recycling, composting, and landfill materials.
• Work show days and non-show days as needed.
• Support educational outreach to crew and fans.
• Maintain a clean sorting area and assist post-show cleanup.
• Log availability in ABIMM system 3 weeks in advance.
• Coordinate time-work capture with supervisor.
