Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington is seeking a Seasonal Certified Surgical Tech to join the OR team through the end of 2026. The CST will scrub on a wide range of orthopedic and spine procedures, under supervision, ensuring sterile technique and patient safety.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, OR Technology certification, CPR certification, and 1–2 years of CST experience in a hospital or ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Certification in OR Technology.
• Current certification in CPR.
• 1–2 years' experience as a Surgical Tech in a hospital or ambulatory center.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical scrub on all types of procedures under supervision.
• Maintain sterile technique and support patient safety in the OR.
• Assist the OR team during procedures as directed by the Lead CST/Director of Surgical Services.
