Discovery Land Company is seeking a Surf Instructor for Dune Deck Beach Club in Westhampton Beach, NY. This seasonal/part-time role runs May through September 2027 and focuses on delivering personal, professional surf instruction to club members.

You will lead daily lessons, uphold SOPs, and ensure safety while creating memorable experiences at the Hamptons club. Must be a strong swimmer with a surfing background and customer-service mindset.

Formación

• Extensive surfing background.
• Experience in guest service or hospitality preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certified.
• Applicant must be a strong swimmer.
• Good judgment and decision making.
• Personable, approachable, creative and adventurous.

Responsabilidades

• Attend morning and evening briefings.
• Instruct members in surfing and surf lessons.
• Maintain safety and oversee all activities.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and repaired.
