The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to achieve individual sales goals, develop strong product knowledge, and deliver exemplary customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Client & Service Expert: Achieves individual sales goals, develops strong product knowledge, and ensures exemplary customer service.
  • Leadership Presence: Achieves personal sales goals, partners with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture, and initiates business-driving events in store.
  • Building Brand Equity: Understands and communicates the kate spade new york brand aesthetic, builds strong relationships with clients, and adheres to company policies and procedures.
  • Operational Excellence: Performs and supervises store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds and securing facility.

The accomplished individual will possess strong communication skills, proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture, and an elevated sense of personal style. An outstanding professional will have minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Physical requirements include availability to work store schedule, standing for extended periods, safely lifting boxes up to 50 pounds, and comfort with climbing ladders.
