Soma, part of KnitWell Group, is seeking a Support Associate for Store 5262-The Shops at Greenridge-Soma in Greenville, SC. This role blends back-of-house inventory work with front-of-floor customer-facing duties to keep the shopping experience smooth and engaging.

You will manage shipments, restock, and uphold brand standards while contributing to a positive team culture. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and reliability.

About the role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

• Manage inventory processes: properly intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Ensure the stockroom is neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Effectively execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with executing visual directives, including updating floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects our culture of hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
