Job summary

SIMOS is hiring a Seasonal Supervisor in Brownsburg, IN to lead daily warehouse operations and manage temporary staff in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. You will coach teams, drive productivity, ensure safety compliance, and support overall operational goals.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of leadership experience, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of WMS systems; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Availability for 1st/2nd shifts and possible overtime is expected.

Qualifications

Join the Simos team working in Brownsburg, IN, at a leading warehouse. The Seasonal Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, managing temporary associates, driving productivity, maintaining safety compliance, and supporting operational goals within a fast-paced fulfillment environment. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM start
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM start

Monday-Friday

Saturdays as needed

Overtime is mandatory based on business needs

Pay Rate:

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• College Degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred
• Warehouse, Distribution, Manufacturing, or 3PL experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull carts up to 100 lbs.
• Knowledge of WMS systems preferred

Position Requirements:

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $30.00 - $30.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
