As a Custodial Staff member, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, order, and hygiene across our facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in designated areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Empty and sanitize waste bins and dispose of trash in accordance with established guidelines.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain and replenish cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.

- Assist in setting up and breaking down rooms for events or gatherings as required.
- Uphold professional conduct and positive interaction with staff, visitors, and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is a plus, but not required. We are open to training motivated candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Solid communication skills to convey any maintenance or repair needs effectively.
