We are currently seeking a dedicated Custodial Staff member to join our team. As a Custodial Staff member, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, order, and hygiene across our facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in designated areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Empty and sanitize waste bins and dispose of trash in accordance with established guidelines.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Maintain and replenish cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to established cleaning standards to promote a healthy and hazard-free environment.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down rooms for events or gatherings as required.
• Uphold professional conduct and positive interaction with staff, visitors, and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is a plus, but not required. We are open to training motivated candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Solid communication skills to convey any maintenance or repair needs effectively.
