As a Banana Republic stylist, you will help create aspirational and on-trend looks that enhance the customer's emotional connection to the brand. You will be an expert on styling and fashion, with a thorough understanding of designers, brands, and seasonal trends. Your goal is to grow the business by providing an outstanding customer experience in a positive, friendly, and inclusive environment.

Experience in styling within luxury fashion or strong knowledge of trends and designer brands, with the ability to apply that knowledge to customer needs.
Effective communicator with the ability to build meaningful connections and foster brand loyalty.
Flexible to work shifts that meet business needs, with adaptable scheduling.
Physically able to move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 lbs, with accommodations if needed.
Passionate about fashion, styling, and hospitality.
Comfortable engaging with customers.
