Job summary

Mejuri in Florida is seeking a Seasonal Stylist to welcome customers and deliver the warm, personal shopping experience our brand stands for. You’ll stay on top of fashion trends, educate guests on our products, and inspire them to try something new, acting as a role model of Mejuri’s brand vision and values.

This is a temporary on-site role at St. Augustine South, from August 17 through October 10 to support through January 22, 2026.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect with customers in a warm, authentic way.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to learn product knowledge to advise and style customers.
• Capable of meeting and exceeding KPIs (SPH, NPS, AOV, UPT).
• Must be able to stay on the sales floor for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver Mejuri's in-store customer experience and uphold selling standards.
• Educate customers on services such as piercing and engraving.
• Support order fulfillment and back-of-house processes as needed.
• Maintain Mejuri brand standards for merchandising and store presentation.
• Collaborate with store leadership to identify issues and opportunities.

Mejuri is heading into its busiest time of year and looking for seasonal support to join our team! As a Seasonal Stylist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and first impressions are everything. You'll create a warm, inviting experience that feels like shopping with your best friend—staying current on fashion trends, educating customers on our products, and inspiring them to try something new. You're a role model of Mejuri's brand vision and values, both with your team and with every customer you meet. We are hiring August 17th through October 10th to support until January 22nd, 2026.

The Role:

Customer:

• STACK: Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience by communicating, training, and upholding expectations on the team on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
• Services: Ensure positive customer experience and promotion of services offerings including piercing, engraving, and other offerings.
• KPIs: OPH, SPH, NPS (85%<)

Operations:

• Order Fulfillment: Participate as needed the back of house flow to support in-store sales, phone sales or BOPIS, ensuring efficiency with packaging and order delivery standards.
• Storage & Organization: Support in maintaining organizational integrity of our BOH up to and including display inventory and sellable inventory, packaging, and all supplies.
• Systems & Technology: Experience using or possesses the ****ability to learn to use point-of-sale systems and other retail technology.
• Shrink: Supports in mitigating internal, external and administrative loss of product.
• Escalations: Participate in Identify and elevate opportunities, gaps, risks and roadblocks to store leadership.

Merchandising:

• Merchandising. Support in ensuring that Mejuri brand standards of visual presentation, cleanliness and functionality are upheld
• Fixtures & Maintenance. Support with validating the integrity of all display forms, graphics, furniture, and decor items to manage costs and propel the brand, notifying appropriate teams when display tools are missing or damaged.
• Escalations: Flag, identify and action any inefficiencies

People:

• Engaging: Build healthy relationships with our people and establish a positive and engaging work environment.
• Employee Relations: Adhere to our policies compliance practices.

• History of successfully participating in and contributing to a positive team working environment.

Looking for the perfect next opportunity is a big decision. Mejuri recognizes the importance of pay transparency when it comes to salary ranges as it empowers individuals through the hiring process and supports them in making an informed decision. This role currently has a base pay range of $17 - $18 per hour based on a candidate’s experience and qualifications.
