Qualifications

• Retail or luxury retail experience required.
• Ability to listen to customer needs and translate into styling recommendations.
• Multitask well and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques and social media basics.
• Schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide expert product recommendations based on customer style.
• Offer styling advice and create complete looks for cross-category purchases.
• Drive sales through storytelling and deep product knowledge across categories.
• Maintain stockroom organization and accurate POS transactions; support store operations.
