Job summary

Dolls Kill Miami is seeking Seasonal Stylists to deliver exceptional customer service and build complete looks across apparel, footwear, accessories and statement pieces. You will help guests discover their style, drive sales, and bring the Dolls Kill brand to life on a fast-paced sales floor.

• Passion for fashion, styling, music, nightlife, festival culture, and self-expression.
• Retail, styling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with customers.

• Process shipment and maintain organized backstock.
• Support in-store events, activations, and community engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
