Job summary

Dolls Kill Miami is seeking a Seasonal Stylist to deliver exceptional customer service, build outfits, and bring the Dolls Kill brand to life on the sales floor.

As a seasonal role during peak periods, you’ll style guests across apparel, footwear, and accessories, maintain product knowledge, and help with merchandising and events while ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion, styling, music, nightlife and self-expression.
• Retail, styling, sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Positive, dependable and team-oriented.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays and peak seasonal periods.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with customers.

• Support store sales goals and KPIs (UPT, AOV, conversion, reviews).
• Create an elevated fitting room experience with personalized styling.

• Assist with merchandising, replenishment, recovery and visual presentation.
• Process shipments and maintain organized backstock.
• Support in-store events, activations and community engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.

Position Overview

As a Seasonal Stylist, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while helping guests discover their unique style. You'll build complete outfits, drive sales, and bring the Dolls Kill brand to life through product knowledge, styling expertise, and an energetic sales floor presence.

This is a seasonal position designed to support increased customer traffic during peak business periods.
