Kate Spade New York is seeking a stylish and customer-focused Stylist to join our Dallas boutique. You will help customers express their personal style, showcase Kate Spade looks, and guide them through purchase decisions with confidence and warmth.

At the heart of this role is creating memorable in-store experiences. You will collaborate with a dynamic team, stay informed on product attributes, and drive omni-channel selling while delivering outstanding service across shifts.

Qualifications

Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).

Responsibilities
