Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking Seasonal Sales Partners to engage customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience in a community-focused environment. You will act as a product expert, drive sales, and uphold merchandising standards while supporting store leadership.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong customer service, POS proficiency, and a collaborative mindset. This seasonal role supports busy periods with opportunities to develop product knowledge and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including units per transaction, average dollar per transaction, add-ons, and info capture rates.
• Be informed and understand current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain company-merchandising standards and assist in floor moves, display maintenance, merchandising, sales setup, and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and monitoring/replenishing floor stock.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain cash and media accountability at POS.
• Actively seek new ways to develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
• Adhere to all laws and Company policies, procedures, and practices.
• Performs other duties assigned by management.
• Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
