Job summary

KnitWell Group, owner of LOFT and other brands, seeks a Sales Associate to connect with customers, offer personalized styling, and help keep the store visually appealing and organized on the sales floor.

You will collaborate with the team to deliver memorable shopping experiences, operate the POS system, and bring a hospitality mindset to every interaction, with flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate experience or strong customer focus.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technologically proficient with a POS system.
• Ability to take initiative and make thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey with personalized styling.
• Keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and correctly placed.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver personalized customer experiences and a welcoming environment on the sales floor.
