Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building authentic customer connections.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to support evolving store priorities and seasonal needs.
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor to support an exceptional guest experience.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
• Ability to actively work on the sales floor, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional customer experiences through authentic conversation, active listening, and personalized recommendations.
• Support daily sales goals and identify opportunities to educate and enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
• Assist with store operations, replenishment, inventory, and daily tasks to maintain a welcoming environment.
