Job summary

Gap is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our optimistic American style to life in-store. You will engage customers with exceptional service, educate them on products, and contribute to a best-in-class omni-channel experience.

You'll work with leadership to meet store goals, participate in loyalty programs, and provide a seamless, friendly shopping journey across sales floor, fitting room and checkout areas. The role supports a fast-paced retail environment and requires flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication with customers.
• Ability to educate customers and drive loyalty programs.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Retail tech skills and ability to use store systems.
• Able to move around the sales floor and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat customers and coworkers with respect.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Utilize all omnichannel offerings to enhance the customer experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back-of-house tasks.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes efficiently and accurately.
