Responsibilities include assisting customers with styling and fitting needs, meeting sales goals, and educating guests about programs and products while maintaining store standards and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in high-volume or high-profile environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend shifts and some overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and assist customers with styling, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual performance objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Educate customers about available programs, initiatives, products, and services.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, visual, and back-of-house standards.
• Support replenishment, floor sets, opening and closing duties, and other store operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide management with product and category feedback.
