Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converts returns, offers and promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience with accurate transactions.
• Reinforces buying decisions at checkout and encourages add-on purchases.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and go-backs.
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards and places product on the sales floor.
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets, and mark out of stock.
• Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
• Maintains back room and under stock.
