Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador, offering personalized styling and guiding customers through their shopping journey.

You will keep the sales floor organized, collaborate with teammates, and use store tools to create a seamless omnichannel experience while supporting a welcoming environment.

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; prior customer-focused retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications
