Job summary

Shutterfly seeks Seasonal Part-Time Team Members for the JCPenney Portrait Team. The role offers an hourly pay rate of $17.00 and involves photography and sales training, flexible scheduling, and a fun environment.

Responsibilities include capturing creative photos, guiding customers through the sales process, and scheduling sessions while delivering an excellent customer experience from start to finish. Prior experience is welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Retail, sales, service or photography experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer skills such as navigation and data entry.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed customers' expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule sessions.
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish.
