Job summary

Lifetouch is hiring immediately for Seasonal Part-Time Team Members in our JCPenney Portrait locations. Earn $19.00 per hour and join a fun team that helps families capture memories.

You’ll deliver a positive customer experience, handle photo sessions, and participate in sales to meet targets. Previous retail or photography experience is welcome, but no experience is required. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are available, making it great for students or seasonal workers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous retail, sales, service, or photography experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry).
• No experience necessary!

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish.
